Get rid of that steering shake once and for all.
Essentially this dampner is a strut, rather than a shock. Unlike a normal foam cell shock it is designed to run horizontally.

Being adjustable you can dial in the exact amount of dampning needed.

Fitting is simple! Remove the transfer case, take the old gears out, put Rockhopper gears in, refit the transfer case, fill with oil, enjoy!

Will my high range change?
No. The way the case works, it drives straight though in high. The only way to change high range in a Patrol is to change the diff gears ( call us- we do this)

 

Can I fit them myself? and how long will it take?
Depends...You'll need some specialised tools including a press, circlip pliers and bearing seperators- a vise, screwdrivers and chisels won't do! Basically this is a strip down and rebuild of your transfer case-If you havn't done this type of work before we suggest you get a pro to fit them.

Does the gearset come with a silencer ring?
No, they are machined from billet so accuretely that they're not needed- they can't get any quieter. Brands that need to have silencer rings are Louder than Rockhopper.

 

Are they noisy?
In high range they are identical to standard gears.
In Low range you'll hear a slight whirring at higher speeds- you're spinning the gears 83% faster, of course they'll whir)

Front differential castor plates. GQ,GU
These plates attach to the front differential's standard suspension mounts, the control arms are then attached to the plates, thus restoring the factory castor angles. This allows for twice the correction provided by offset bushes.
Laser cut, mild steel.Cad plated. Complete bolt kit and directions supplied.
These are 5.5 degree plates. They correct the diff angle on a six to seven inch lift. Dont use them on less than a 6 inch lift, trust us- it won't work.

 

Fitting bigger tyres to a GQ/GU often means the tyres rub on the rear of the front guards, especially on the wide-wheel pack GQs.

With these little suckers you can move the arms that locate the axle forward slightly providing sufficient clearance for bigger tyres.
